The Role
You will be out on-site bringing our custom wardrobes, cabinetry and joinery to life: working on a variety of residential / commercial projects where no two days look the same.
What You Will Be Doing
- Installing custom wardrobes, walk-in robes and bespoke joinery to a high standard
- Reading and interpreting plans and specs with precision
- Setting up sites and keeping tools and materials organised and ready to go
- Delivering top-quality workmanship with a sharp eye for detail
- Thinking on your feet to solve on-site challenges as they come up
- Liaising with our scheduling team to keep jobs running smoothly
- Representing Packers professionally with every client you meet
What You Bring
- Hands-on experience in joinery, cabinetmaking,
carpentry or installation
- Precision and pride in your workmanship
- A problem-solver's mindset and the confidence to work independently
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- The physical fitness for manual handling in office
- A current driver's licence and White Card
- A great attitude and genuine work ethic
