- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work, adapt to changing demands and meet daily deadlines.

- Strong numerical reasoning and an ability to critically analyse information and resolve problems through to complete resolution in a timely, effective manner.

- Digitally savy and confident using CRM and workflow management systems.

- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information simply.

- Understanding of, and interest in the community or not-for-profit sector

- Experience in salary packaging, novated leasing, financial services or payroll-related processes (desirable).

- Familiarity with Catch-e, Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems (desirable).

What will we offer you?

- Free and confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

- Financial Wellbeing support offered through our partnership with Beyond Bank.

- Additional leave benefits including paid time off to reset and recharge with “Wellbeing Leave” and “Birthday Leave” – because no one should have to work on their birthday!

This is an exciting time to join CBB. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing and collaborative team in a purpose-driven organisation. If you are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we look forward to hearing from you.
