Mobile Crushing & Screening Operator / All-Rounder

Nexgen Crushing & Screening is looking for experienced operators to join our growing team. We operate across multiple sites throughout WA, providing crushing, screening and mobile plant services to a range of clients.
This isn't a one-site role. You'll work across diverse projects, operate a range of equipment, and be part of a small team where everyone pitches in.
THE ROLE
- 2:1 roster
- Immediate start for compliant candidates
- Operate Loaders and Excavators (and other auxiliary machinery)
- Support crushing and screening operations
- Complete pre-starts and basic maintenance
- General labouring and housekeeping duties
- Work across multiple mine, quarry and civil sites
WHAT YOU NEED
- Loader and Excavator operating experience (essential)
- Mining,
quarrying or civil construction experience (preferred)
- HR Licence (minimum)
- White Card
- Confined Spaces, Working at Heights & First Aid (current, or able to obtain)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
HIGHLY REGARDED
- Crushing and screening experience
- Mobile plant maintenance experience
- Additional machinery tickets
