BDS Mechanical is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time, permanent role servicing the Mackay and Bowen Basin regions. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new business opportunities for our workshops, parts sales and our field service technicians (transport and mining)
- Use specialist knowledge to interpret customer requirements via phone or in person
- Provide effective and efficient customer service and product advice
- Creating and maintaining strong customer relations
- Execute and influence the company's long-term growth strategy and goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of and experience with truck, trailer, mining, and automotive products and services
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Must be willing to travel and for extended periods of time.
- Experience in a similar role
- Unrestricted drivers license
