We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our O’Connor team. This is a diverse role supporting our Sales, Technical Services and Operations teams while acting as a key point of contact for customers and suppliers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process from quote to delivery while ensuring customers receive outstanding service at every interaction.

This position offers a unique blend of sales administration, customer service, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration & Customer Support

- Process customer quotations, sales orders and related documentation accurately and efficiently.

- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to enquiries and resolving issues professionally.

- Liaise with customers, suppliers, sales representatives, technical services and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

- Follow up with customers to measure satisfaction and coordinate actions where improvements are required.





- Maintain accurate customer and product information within company systems.

- Support warranty, service and administration activities across the business.

- Assist with stocktake activities and inventory-related administration.

- Coordinate customer delivery requirements and assist in meeting requested delivery timeframes.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where no two days are the same.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, Internal Sales

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.

- Experience with CRM and ERP systems, ideally Dynamics 365 Business Central, will be advantageous.

- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively.

- A positive, team-focused attitude and a genuine commitment to customer service.
