About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at the Kirwan GP Clinic in Kirwan, Queensland, with some relief work at the Fulham GP Clinic. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to our patients and contribute to the overall success of our clinic.

What you'll be doing

- Providing professional nursing care to patients, including administering medications, conducting clinical assessments, and assisting with medical procedures

- Collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation

- Ensuring the clinic's medical equipment and supplies are well-stocked and properly maintained

- Coordinating with the clinic's administrative team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations

- Participating in ongoing career development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in nursing

What we're looking for

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

- Experience working as a Registered Nurse in a primary care or general practice setting

- Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of nursing practices, procedures, and protocols

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound clinical judgements

- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other healthcare-related software
