Job Summary

Northumbria Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHCT) Diabetes Podiatry Services are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and focused qualified Health and Care Professional Council (HCPC) registered Podiatrist to join their department.

This job is based in the North Tyneside Diabetes Podiatry Team for 30 hours per week.

Main duties of the job

As a team member your duties will include delivering evidence based podiatry treatments within clinics, GP surgeries, hospitals, patient's homes and residential homes. Personal qualities required include excellent organisational skills, personal time management and flexibility within your working practice to support the podiatry team.

Due to the nature of team working and patient interaction you should demonstrate clear communication alongside efficient and effective problem solving. To be a robust candidate we are looking for a podiatrist who is able to integrate and deliver education into the multidisciplinary team, function within a supportive peer group and display the strength of character to work autonomously.
