Oxley & Moss is a busy coastal lifestyle store in the heart of Kingscliff, curating fashion, homewares, gifts and little moments of joy for our wonderful community both in-store and online.

We’re a small, passionate team who care deeply about creating an exceptional customer experience, and we’re looking for someone who can help bring our brand to life through consistent, creative and engaging content.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is suited to someone who lives and breathes content creation.

You are creative, organised, efficient and genuinely excited by the challenge of building an engaged online community.

You’ll have excellent attention to detail, a strong visual eye and the ability to create content that feels natural, polished and on-brand.

Most importantly, you can work independently. You’ll be trusted to take ownership of our content calendar and keep everything moving without needing constant direction.

Essential Requirements





- Demonstrated experience creating content for a business or brand.
- Experience filming and editing short-form video content using an iPhone.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
- Experience using Canva and CapCut.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or examples of previous work that demonstrate your content creation and editing skills.
- Availability to work on-site in Kingscliff.
