We're on the hunt for an organised, switched-on Stock Controller & Delivery Coordinator to join the family.
The Stock Controller & Delivery Coordinator is the engine room of the sales department at Cannington Mazda. Reporting to the Sales Manager,
this role is responsible for stocking all incoming new and used vehicles into the dealer management system, coordinating vehicle deliveries between the sales team and customers, arranging registrations, plates and pre-delivery work, and maintaining accurate invoices, deal files and stock records. The role liaises daily with the sales team, transport companies, Mazda Australia and internal departments to ensure every vehicle is tracked, compliant and delivered on time. It suits an organised, positive administrator with strong attention to detail, positive communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment. Hours are 9 am–4 pm, Monday to Friday.
