About the Role

As a Training Specialist, you will:

- Deliver high-quality training and assessment to trainees undertaking Early Childhood qualifications.

- Conduct regular workplace visits to regional Early Childhood Education and Care services throughout Western Australia.

- Build strong, supportive relationships with trainees, employers, and industry partners.

- Provide practical coaching and on-the-floor mentoring to support learners in achieving their qualification.

- Monitor trainee progress and maintain accurate training records.

- Ensure compliance with training package and Registered Training Organisation (RTO) requirements.

- Travel throughout regional WA, with overnight stays as required.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A genuine passion for the Early Childhood Education and Care profession.

- Extensive industry knowledge and practical experience within the ECEC.

- Experience delivering workplace-based training and assessment (desirable).

- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.

- The ability to work independently while remaining connected with a supportive team.





- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

- A professional, positive, and relationship-focused approach.

Essential Requirements

- CHC30121 Certificate III and CHC50121 Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).

- Current Working with Children Check.

- Current C Class Driver's Licence.

- Willingness to travel extensively throughout regional Western Australia, including overnight travel as required.

- Commitment to completing ongoing professional development and return to industry hours.
