Our client is a successful national Allied Health services provider with an impeccable reputation. Emerging as a leader in the Workplace Health space in WA, we are searching for a motivated Psychologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join their Subiaco team as a Rehabilitation Consultant!

Potential for a Team Leader or progressing to a hybrid Clinical & Workplace Rehab role also on offer!

- Salary package of c.$109,775-143,225 (including $85-115K Base + Super + Car)

The Role:

- Proactively manage a caseload of injured workers - reasonably-sized to allow you to focus on quality




- Engage with a variety of customers in Workplace Rehabilitation & Life Insurance - no Insurer panel work!
- Travel to visit clients around Perth metro - referrals allocated as close to your local area as possible
- Perform vocational assessments & counselling
- Transferable Skills Analyses
- Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
- Adjustment to Injury Counselling
- Build great relationships with all stakeholders
- Contribute as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Provide training & coaching to other team members & students, as the team grows

The Ideal Candidate:

- AHPRA-Registered Psychologist (Full or Provisional) or ASORC-Accredited Rehabilitation Counsellor
- 1 year+ experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or a relevant role is valuable
- Happy to work independently & as part of an emerging Psych/RC team
- Personable, organised & diligent
- Passionate about having a positive impact in Workplace Health
- Driver's licence
