LAZY SU IS HIRING — SHIFT SUPERVISOR

We’re on the lookout for 2x Shift Supervisor to join the Lazy Su family immediately — ideally before Christmas/New Year and rolling solid into January.

What we need from you:

- You’re organised, calm, and able to run a tight, clean service.
- Clear communicator — you know how to brief a team and keep everyone aligned.
- Confident leading floor staff, runners and bartenders through a busy service.
- You hold standards, notice the details, and keep the vibe high without dropping the ball.
- Reliable, mature, and comfortable being the point of contact on a shift.
- Previous supervisory/management experience in hospitality is highly preferred, but honestly if you have managed in any setting and can demonstrate that, we are down to chat!
- RSA required.
