About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project (Claims) Administrator to join our growing team in our Nerang, QLD office. This is a fast-paced role responsible for managing a portfolio of insurance-related claims and supporting consultants, clients, insurers and loss adjusters throughout the claim lifecycle.

You will be the central point of coordination for your portfolio, ensuring claims are registered, progressed, monitored and completed within agreed service levels. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and have a proven ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

What you'll be doing

- Manage a dedicated portfolio of insurance claims from instruction through to closure.

- Monitor claim milestones, service levels and reporting deadlines.

- Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, policyholders, consultants and contractors.

- Prepare and issue correspondence, reports and client updates.

- Track claim progress and proactively identify and escalate delays or risks.

- Maintain accurate claim records, documentation and file notes.

- Coordinate inspections, appointments, travel arrangements and scheduling requirements.

- Support invoice processing, disbursements and job administration activities.

- Maintain high standards of customer service while handling sensitive and potentially complex claims matters.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.

What we're looking for

- Minimum 1 years' experience in claims administration, insurance administration, loss adjusting support, or a similar portfolio-based role.

- Experience managing a portfolio of claims or cases.





- Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and service level requirements.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- High attention to detail and accuracy.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.

- Experience using claims management, job management or workflow systems.

- A professional and customer-focused approach.
