Our client is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background in structural design and building systems to take on a leadership role within the organisation.

The company is a well respected, multidisciplinary Australian owned consultancy with offices thriving across several states.

Based on a salary range of AUD$120,000 to AUD$170,000, this position offers scope to work on complex projects, with particular emphasis on data centre design and infrastructure. The successful candidate will bring 7 to 10 years of skilled experience and a proven track record in structural engineering.

- Lead structural design projects with a focus on data centre infrastructure and complex building systems
- AUD$120,000 to AUD$170,000 plus superannuation and professional development support

Preferred Requirements





- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in structural engineering design and analysis
- Demonstrated expertise in building structures and structural systems across commercial and industrial projects
- Specialised knowledge of data centre design, including load-bearing requirements, cooling systems integration, and resilience standards
- Strong proficiency with structural analysis software and data management tools relevant to design workflows
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and project teams

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status, or eligibility to obtain
- Relevant industry certifications or continuing professional development in data centre design standards and practices
