They have no bank alignment, no product ties, and no sales targets — just a genuine commitment to doing right by their clients.

They're looking for a Senior Financial Adviser to join their small, high-calibre team. If you've built your career at a boutique or independent firm, believe in evidence-based investing, and want a long-term home where quality of advice is the only thing that matters — this is worth a conversation.
The advice they do

This firm takes a genuinely holistic view of each client's financial world. Advice spans superannuation strategy and SMSFs, investment portfolio construction, tax and ownership structuring, estate and intergenerational planning, risk management, and business owner advice. Their investment philosophy is evidence-based — strategic asset allocation, disciplined rebalancing, no market timing or stock-picking.

Their clients are professionals, business owners, families, and pre-retirees — typically high-net-worth, typically long-term.

What you'll be doing
Managing and growing a portfolio of HNW clients,



delivering integrated strategic advice across all areas of their financial lives — from first appointment through to intergenerational planning. You'll also contribute to the team's investment thinking and support junior staff as they develop.
What you'll need

- CFP® and 6-8+ years of advice experience
- Clean compliance record
- HNW or complex client experience
- Strong technical skills across super, tax structures, investments, and estate planning
- Currently at an independent, boutique, or fee-for-service licensee — not bank-aligned
- Genuine belief in evidence-based investing

Nice to have

- SSA designation or significant SMSF experience
- Familiarity with Dimensional, Vanguard, or similar managers
- An existing client base
