Are you a data-savvy professional who loves keeping systems in sync and operations running like clockwork? We are looking for a Product & Buying Support Coordinator to join our team in Eastern Creek.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit back and watch—it's for a proactive "doer" who thrives on system accuracy, supplier coordination, and commercial data hygiene. You will be the backbone of our Product Management and Buying teams, ensuring our systems reflect reality so our Buyers can focus on the big picture.

What You'll Be Doing:
This is a hands-on role focused on execution rather than strategy.

- System Integrity: Own the accuracy of SKU and item master data within NetSuite. Identify and help resolve data inconsistencies or issues with Product Managers.
- Operational Flow: Manage the lifecycle of Purchase Orders (POs), track inbound shipments, and maintain up-to-the-minute ETA data.
- Supplier Synergy: Act as a key point of contact for local and international suppliers,



ensuring catalogues and promotional programs are spot-on.
- The Numbers: Assist with monthly reporting—extracting and formatting data on sales, margins, and inventory positions to help us stay competitive.
- Support multiple brands and stakeholders, managing competing priorities.
- Support pricing updates and product data accuracy across systems
- Assist with warranty claims tracking and supplier follow-up

What You Bring to the Table:

- You are confident working with ERP systems (NetSuite is highly preferred) and aren't afraid to dive deep into data.
- Excel Skills: You're comfortable with VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and pivot tables.
- Attention to Detail: You have an eagle eye for accuracy and a "get it right the first time" mentality.
- Proactive Mindset: You are reliable, solutions-oriented, and enjoy supporting a fast-paced team.

The Essentials:

- Full working rights in Australia.
- A transparent, practical communication style.
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or retail is a major plus.
- Exposure to demand planning or inventory systems (e.g. NetStock) is advantageous
