About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a large-scale mixed-use construction project currently transitioning from pre-construction into full delivery. This is a key appointment within the project team and will play a critical role in overseeing daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme milestones are achieved.
Working alongside senior management, you will provide strong site leadership and help drive project outcomes across safety, quality, programme and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and on-site personnel.
- Drive site safety, quality and programme performance.
- Monitor construction activities and ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements.
- Work closely with project leadership to maintain productivity and programme objectives.
- Conduct site meetings and manage subcontractor performance.
- Identify and proactively resolve construction issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant WHS and legislative requirements.




- Maintain high standards of workmanship and project delivery.

Experience Required

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale commercial, mixed-use or high-rise developments.
- Strong structural and concrete construction experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction programmes and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent subcontractor management and coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of safety, quality and programme delivery.
- Ability to lead teams and drive outcomes in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Relevant construction qualifications and site-based certifications.
