Risk, Compliance and Obligations Lead
$1000 to $1300 per day

A leading enterprise organisation is seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Lead to ensure they meet their regulatory obligations.

Long term contract - Hybrid in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

- Establish and maintain the obligations register
- Stay abreast of regulatory change and ensure the organisations meets the new obligations
- Produce governance documentation, obligation frameworks, policies and standards and testing frameworks.
- Engage with the regulatory bodies
- Define the regulatory reporting requirements
- Review existing controls, checks and balances and ensure they are fit for purpose

Desired experience:

- Experience working a leading risk and regulation role within a highly regulated industry
- Experience working with regulators
- Experience defining new risk and compliance obligations and ensuring they are met
- Experience creating current frameworks and processes to meet risk and compliance obligations
