About the Role

We have multiple opportunities available for Process Workers across our Day and Afternoon shifts at our Karawatha facility.

Available shift times include:

- Early Morning: Must be available between 5:00am – 3:00pm

- Afternoon/Night Shift: Must be available between 3:00 pm – 1:00 am

These shifts operate across all days of the week. To be considered, you must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, with shifts generally being 8 hours or longer.

We offer a rotating schedule for your work days, rather than a fixed weekly roster. However, your shift times are fixed, eg if you are hired for morning shifts, your roster will remain on morning shifts.

We have opportunities available in the following roles:

- Machine Operators

- Food Packers

- Food Replenishers

Key Responsibilities

- Perform food handling tasks in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety standards.

- Operate equipment safely and in line with documented procedures and work instructions.

- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.

- Report any concerns relating to product quality, food safety, workplace safety,



or processes to your Team Leader or Supervisor.

- Wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout your shift.

- Perform repetitive manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 20kg safely.

- Follow all site traffic management and workplace safety procedures.

- Stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced production environment.

- Complete any other duties as reasonably directed.

About You

You will have:

- Previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

- The ability to learn and follow Food Safety, HACCP, and WHS procedures.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.

- The physical capability to lift and move objects up to 20kg where required.

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends.

- The ability to follow instructions efficiently and work independently when required.

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- High levels of reliability, resilience, professionalism, and work ethic.
