Service/Maintenance Technician – Automatic Doors and Gates

This role will be hands-on position and will require you to work collaboratively with other members of our team.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Attend onsite for our commercial and industrial clients for maintenance and servicing of Automatic Doors and Gates

- Maintain a functional work schedule

- Fault finding of automation equipment

- Basic electrical knowledge is required for fault finding and troubleshooting automation equipment

- Installation of Automatic Doors and Gates

- Conduct in office repairs

- Complete reports on works carried out

Personal Attributes we are looking for include:

- A good level of physical fitness





Skills and experience:

- A current Class C (car licence) is required

- Display a positive attitude

- Committed to long-term employment opportunities

- 1-2 years of technical experience in any technical field is required

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required

- Police Clearance is required

As training is provided, this role will ideally suit an experienced service technician looking for a change from similar fields such as industrial machine repairs.

Duties will predominantly consist of installation, commissioning, maintenance, fault finding and reactive service of automatic door, gate and high-speed roller door/shutter systems in the Perth Metropolitan area.
