The Gig

Be across civil design delivery as a Senior Civil Engineer, supporting development projects across Brisbane.

Working through both planning and delivery stages, you’ll stay close to design outputs across roads, drainage, and site grading, making sure everything lines up with approvals, requirements, and what’s happening on the ground.

You’ll be across the detail day-to-day, working with drafters, reviewing designs, and keeping things consistent as projects move forward. It’s about making practical calls, spotting issues early, and keeping design aligned with program and budget.

You’ll work closely with project teams, survey, and external stakeholders, contributing technical input and supporting others in the team as work progresses.





Design quality and coordination sits at its core. Your ability to keep designs aligned, make practical calls, and stay across the detail will drive strong outcomes.

You’ll Be Trusted With:

- Civil design across roads, drainage, and development works through different project stages
- Keeping design outputs aligned with approvals, requirements, and on-ground conditions
- Working closely with drafters to shape and refine drawing packages
- Staying across multiple stages of work and keeping design flowing as projects progress
- Supporting project teams with practical input to keep things moving
- Working with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues early
- Keeping an eye on timelines, budgets, and overall design performance
- Supporting and guiding junior engineers within the team
- Maintaining consistency and quality across all design deliverables

What’s In Your Toolbox?

- Solid experience delivering civil design within urban or development projects
- Confidence working across roads, drainage, and site-based design elements
- Ability to stay across multiple projects and keep priorities moving
- Comfortable working alongside teams and contributing to shared outcomes
- Experience using design tools such as 12D, AutoCAD, or similar
- Strong attention to detail with a practical approach to problem solving
