We are currently representing a well-established not-for-profit provider in the recruitment of an OSHC Service Coordinator for a welcoming, community-focused service located in Sydney's north-west, conveniently positioned for candidates across the Parramatta, Ryde, Carlingford and Hills districts.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead the operations of a small, high-performing OSHC service operating from its own dedicated purpose-built space. You'll oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality programs, regulatory compliance, and strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the local school community.
You'll be supported by an experienced Area Manager and a stable team of long-standing educators, making this an ideal opportunity for an experienced Coordinator or an emerging leader ready to take the next step.

- Salary: $51 per hour + Super + Allowances
- Full time, permanent position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
- Split shifts with flexibility throughout the day

Service Hours
- Before School Care: 7:00am - 9:00am
- After School Care: 3:00pm - 6:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the OSHC service
- Mentor, support and develop a team of educators
- Deliver engaging programs aligned with My Time, Our Place
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and organisational policies
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the wider school community
- Manage administration, rostering and service compliance
What You'll Need
- Experience working within OSHC or Early Years Education
- Previous leadership experience as a Coordinator, 2IC, Responsible Person or senior educator (preferred)
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
- Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
- Relevant Early Childhood or OSHC qualification (desirable)
- Current Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
