Our Seed Team are currently seeking support workers to provide support to participants on the Sunshine Coast.

We have 2 roles currently available. With full time hours available.

The primary role is designed to assist people living with disability to engage fully at home and in the community. Our team have solid values in ensuring our support is delivered to help build capacity and support people reach their goals. As a team member with us, you will be required to work collaboratively with individuals, youth and families in flexible ways to achieve their goals.

About you

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has the following:

- Experience working with both older and younger generations

- Working with Children Blue card

- NDIS Worker Screening

- Driver’s license and a reliable car

- First Aid and CPR Certificates

Successful candidates will also be able to demonstrate:

- A positive outlook with a passion for assisting individuals to reach their goals that aligns with our teams zest for life.

- Ability to work alongside others and in an autonomous environment.

- Drive, and motivation towards the best outcomes for those living with disability as we focus on advocacy and quality.

with a willingness to be continuously learning and growing in their roles including a position outlook that aligns with the team culture.

About us

The Seed team are a small group of passionate workers (5 of us!) who are committed to having a positive impact in the world of others.

Our team are a bubbly bunch, with a true enthusiasm for the work we do. We want to find the right candidate who brings the positive vibes, and fits right into our small team.

We offer 1:1 and group activities like skills programs and fitness groups. Whilst many of our services involve assisting participants with activities of daily living, we also organise events such as hiking, camping, sports and other outdoor adventures or social and entertainment activities.
