About the Role:
At Bargain Car Rentals, we don’t just rent cars — we deliver MORE than you bargained for.

As Branch Supervisor, you’ll inspire and support your team to create memorable customer experiences while living our philosophy of being “a small part of our customer’s great day, not a big part of their bad day.”

This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll support the day-to-day operation of the branch, lead your team, assist customers and help keep everything running smoothly.



Whether it’s coaching a team member, resolving a customer issue or jumping in during a busy period, you won’t be afraid to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be done.

About You:
Industry experience is valuable, but we're ultimately looking for the right person. You'll be someone who takes pride in leading by example, enjoys developing people, and is motivated by achieving great outcomes for both customers and the business.

- A proven ability to lead, motivate and support a team (experience in the vehicle rental industry is highly regarded but not essential).

- A results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving operational, customer service and commercial outcomes.

- Able to work autonomously while remaining connected with Management and Head Office,



demonstrating the confidence to make sound decisions independently and the judgement to know when to seek guidance.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

- Strong judgement and problem-solving skills, balancing compliance with policies and procedures while making practical, customer-focused decisions.

- A proactive approach, taking ownership and encouraging accountability and initiative within your team.

- The ability to prioritise competing demands and remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

- A current, unrestricted Australian Driver Licence.
