We're looking for an experienced Storesperson / Receiving Administrator with a current LF Forklift Licence to join their team in Hoxton Park.
This role is mainly focused on receiving administration (90%), with 10% counterbalance forklift work. You'll be responsible for processing inbound freight, maintaining inventory records, and supporting warehouse operations in a busy distribution centre.
Shift Details
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am - 5:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm
- Some days may require a 6:00am - 2:00pm shift, so flexibility is essential
- One weekend shift every second weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
Pay Rate
$37.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound freight deliveries
- Check freight against delivery documents
- Process receiving transactions using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to emails and communicate with internal teams
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift to unload and move stock
- Maintain a safe and organised work environment
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Experience in receiving, warehouse administration or inbound logistics
- Counterbalance forklift experience
- Experience using WMS and Microsoft Outlook
- Valuable computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Ability to pass a Police Check and Drug & Alcohol screening
