About the Role

You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, guide them through the vehicle purchasing journey, and deliver a seamless and enjoyable experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and build strong, lasting relationships
- Present and demonstrate vehicles and their features and benefits
- Manage customer enquiries and proactively follow up on leads
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout and after the sales process
- Maintain accurate records and customer communication
About You
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our sales team. Whether you're an experienced Vehicle Sales Consultant with a proven sales history or someone looking to start a rewarding career in automotive sales, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
- Previous experience in vehicle sales or a genuine passion for customer service and a strong desire to build a career in automotive sale
- Motivated, driven, and results-focused with a strong desire to succeed
- Confident in building rapport, identifying customer needs, and closing sales opportunities
- A strong communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively
- Available to work weekends and hold a current driver licence
