The Role

Working client-side from project inception through to completion, you'll manage the delivery of significant development and construction projects on behalf of sophisticated clients. You'll provide strategic project leadership, manage consultant teams, oversee procurement, monitor programme, cost and risk, and ensure projects are delivered successfully from concept through to handover.





You'll have genuine ownership of your projects while being supported by an experienced leadership team that is highly invested in mentoring, collaboration and professional development.

Projects span a diverse range of sectors, providing excellent variety and long-term career development.

About You

You'll ideally bring:

- Experience delivering projects in a client-side project management consultancy or as a Project Manager within a consultancy environment.

- Residential project experience will be seen as highly favourable.

- Alternatively, experience working client-side for a developer, government agency or major asset owner.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, project management, engineering, property or a related discipline.

- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and consultants alike.
