Easts Leisure and Golf Club is accepting applications from enthusiastic and motivated individuals for the position Golf Course Greenkeeper - 3IC

The successful applicant will join a Club that is a large part of the local community and is located in a desirable area of the Hunter Valley.

Easts Leisure and Golf is part of the Easts Group of Clubs and boasts a variety of facilities including an 18 Hole Golf Course.

The successful applicant will work within an established Golf Course Management Team including a Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Golf Course Superintendent, and have a range of duties that include:

- Staff supervision, mentoring, training and evaluation

- The operation of Golf Course Maintenance equipment and infrastructure

- Operation of and maintenance of Course Irrigation





- Application and management of organic and chemical controls

- Compliance with environmental regulations and controls

- Completion of WHS requirements

- Golf Course preparation

In addition, applicants must demonstrate the following attributes :

- Experience in the preparation of a Golf Course

- Sports Turf Management Qualification (or equivalent)

- AQF3 Chemical Accreditation

- Significant knowledge of turf related products and application practices

- A sound knowledge of irrigation and water management practices

- The ability to work within a team and desire to learn

- An interest in working in the Sports turf industry
