Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager
Location: Henley Beach Road, Mile End
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Remuneration: Competitive & negotiable based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

- End-to-End Recruitment: Craft compelling job ads, source talent, interview candidates, conduct background checks, and pitch high-quality shortlists to clients.
- Hands-on Account Management: Take detailed job specs, run site visits, manage shift rosters, coordinate workplace inductions, and build lasting client relationships.
- Operations & Admin: Keep the machine running smoothly—manage high-volume data entry,



track timesheets for weekly payroll, and schedule medicals or travel as needed.

What You Bring to the Team

- Industry Experience: Background in agency recruitment or account management (ideal for a Recruiter keen to step into account management, or an Account Manager who loves a blend of desk and field work).
- Organisational Mastery: Excellent time management, high attention to detail, and a systems-focused approach to high-volume admin.
- The Right Mindset: Adaptable, resilient, reliable, and eager to grow alongside a fast-moving business.
- Logistics: A valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (essential for client visits).
