With three successful retail stores located in Western Australia, we are very excited to now open our second Victorian branch, located in Brooklyn!

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an In-Home Demo Product Specialist to join our new Victoria store, reporting directly to the owner. This is a unique chance to be part of the store from day one and play a key role in helping customers improve their mobility and independence.

You’ll work both in-store and out in the community, providing personalised advice and conducting in-home demonstrations to ensure each customer finds the right solution for their needs.

As part of establishing a new store in the local community, you’ll also build strong, ongoing relationships with local support organizations, case managers, and Occupational Therapists. This includes introducing the business to key stakeholders and maintaining those relationships over time.

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

You’ll receive comprehensive training, including the opportunity to travel to Perth, WA for hands-on training at Head Office.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Provide trusted, expert advice on mobility equipment tailored to each customer’s needs (full training provided).

- Deliver outstanding customer service with a genuine passion for improving people’s quality of life.

- Conduct in-home demonstrations and showroom consultations to showcase suitable products.

- Prepare accurate quotes and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

- Manage and priorities appointments effectively, maintaining detailed and accurate sales records.

- Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals and support networks (e.g. OTs, case managers, community organizations).





- Represent the business at local events, tradeshows, and community initiatives.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom.

Qualifications & Experience

- Significant sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding targets OR a background working in the mobility or aged care sector.

- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

- Knowledge of mobility equipment and assistive technology (desirable).

- Clear, empathetic communication skills both written and verbal.

- Ability to manage appointments, coordinate demos, and maintain customer records.

- Ability to safely lift, handle and transport heavy equipment.

- Willingness to load large equipment into work van in all weather conditions, and maneuver into customers’ homes.

- Team player, contributing to a positive work environment.

- Robust computing and software skills.

- Willing to undergo NDIS new worker screening check.

- Willing to comply with any vaccination requirements set by the government and the health industry, including the flu vaccination.

- Possess a valid driver's license for driving to customers' homes.

- Occasional overnight travel (all expenses included).

- Ability to travel to WA for paid training (all expenses included).
