Are you a relationship driven skilled with experience in micro-finance, or business coaching? This role will see you working as a trusted advisor to aspiring entrepreneurs combining case management, business coaching, and commercial insights to help turn ideas into sustainable income. You will partner with CALD clients on their business journey, from idea through to launch and then growth. In addition, this role will involve the following:

- Delivering one-on-one business mentoring and facilitating group workshops
- Supporting clients to develop business plans, budgets, and cashflow forecasts
- Guiding business set-up, registration, and compliance requirements
- Assessing financial needs and prepare low interest loan applications (where appropriate)
- Monitoring client progress and providing ongoing business advice




- Strengthening referral pathways with community organisations and partners
- Representing the organisation at community events and networking forums

This ideal candidate will present as a self-starter and highly client focused as well as demonstrate the following:

- A background in case management, microfinance, financial counselling or Self Employment Program.
- Demonstrated experience working with CALD communities
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability with cultural sensitivity
- Solid business acumen and confidence interpreting financial information
- Well developed networking and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to multi task, manage time and priorities effectively
