Your Role
As a Client Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial advice by managing the day-to-day client service functions. Acting as the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for preparing for appointments, and ensuring seamless administrative processes using tools like XPLAN.
This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset. You'll work closely with financial advisers and liaise with team members across multiple offices, contributing to a team-oriented and professional environment.
It’s an ideal position for someone with financial services experience who is ready to take ownership of client experience and grow within a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience as a Client Services Officer or in a similar client-focused administrative role
- Prepare for client review meetings, including gathering client information, updating records and generating client service agreements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through timely and precise data entry
- Supporting ongoing compliance and review requirements
- Implementation of advice recommendations, ensuring clients are kept informed at each stage
- Liaising with advisers, clients and internal stakeholders to support the timely implementation of work
- Preparing and submitting Centrelink updates to ensure client information is current
- Completing ad hoc administrative tasks as required
