About the Role

Due to exciting growth within the Fleet and Logistics team, we now seek a solutions-driven scheduling expert to join us as a Transport Coordinator. This role will be based out of our Sydney Warehouse in Blacktown.

The Transport Coordinator is responsible for the efficient coordination of daily deliveries, driver allocations, and run planning to ensure on-time, accurate, and reliable service.

This hands-on role acts as the key communication link between warehouse operations, drivers, sales, customer service, and fleet; playing a key role in getting our Customers orders out the door, on time, and to the highest standard. You’ll sit at the centre of operations, working closely with the warehouse, drivers and logistics to keep everything moving.

Hours

- Monday to Friday | 4am - 12pm

What You’ll Be Doing

- Coordinate daily dispatch and transport logistics across your DC

- Allocate and adjust loads to manage delivery schedules to meet timelines





- Provide ETAs and delivery updates to internal teams

- Minimise disruption to planned runs while accommodating reasonable changes

- Maintain transparent line of communication with Drivers, Operations Manager, National Logistics Manager and National Fleet Manager to support continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

- Current LF and Minimum MR licence - demonstrated MR driving experience in work history must be shown clearly in resume

- Experience in dispatch or coordination within transport, logistics, warehouse opersations or similar

- Proven ability to work at pace, prioritise and solve problems on the go

- Experience with route planning or driver coordination

- Basic understanding of vehicle safety and maintenance checks

- Confident communication across teams, drivers and contractors

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
