Paull & Warner Resources (PWR) is a trusted provider of fire suppression systems, emergency response vehicles, rescue equipment, training, and personnel hire across multiple industries. We are currently seeking an experienced Planning Coordinator to join our agile team in Perth.
About the Role
The Planning Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for enquiries from PWR clients and subsidiaries, ensuring PWR meets its contractual obligations. The role is also responsible for coordinating staff movements to and from client sites and scheduling work in line with client requirements and Australian Standards — including booking flights, maintaining site clearance documentation, and logging client orders on the PWR system.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
- Acting as the primary contact for client enquiries relating to contracts, accounts, and scheduled works
- Coordinating review meetings in Perth and regional locations
- Collaborating with supervisors to plan work schedules and allocate equipment
- Conducting regular quality reviews with management
- Assisting with scope of work and contract queries
- Managing client communications regarding purchase orders,
invoices, requisitions, and work orders
- Verifying job sheet hours and raising variation orders as needed
General Administration
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contract variations
- Maintaining accurate records of job orders, quotes, and correspondence
- Ensuring personnel and equipment are properly assigned, dispatched, and tracked throughout each job lifecycle
What You'll Bring
- SAP, Pegasus, and Power BI experience is desirable but not essential — training provided
- Proven experience scheduling staff and equipment across multiple sites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Exposure to FMG, BHP & MRL (desirable)
