More About Your New Role!

We are looking for a hands-on and people focused Shift Supervisor to join our Reservoir Manufacturing site, leading one of our rotating shift production teams. This role is all about building a safe, high-performing team environment where people feel supported, clear on expectations, and confident in their work. As a leader you will be a visible on the floor, guiding your team, keeping operations running smoothly, and ensuring we deliver consistent, high-quality products every day.

You will play a key role in improving how we operate, from managing day-to-day production processes through to supporting payroll, attendance, and team development. With a strong focus on safety, quality and output,



you will have the opportunity to use data and performance insights to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement. Working closely with maintenance and other site leaders, you will help ensure there is always a strong leadership presence across the site.

Does This Sound Like You?

- Ability to work shift work across days & nights
- Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong focus on safety, people leadership and delivering quality outcomes
- Confident managing systems, processes and data (e.g. payroll, attendance, production metrics)
- Ability to identify issues, analyse trends and drive practical improvements
- Explicit and effective communicator with strong attention to detail
- Previous experience coaching, developing and mentoring your team to continuously keep them engaged and upskilled
