No prior insurance experience? No problem. This is an entry-level opportunity where your attitude and willingness to learn matter most. From day one, you’ll be set up for success with structured training, hands-on experience and dedicated support as you build your skills and confidence.

As part of your journey, you’ll complete a Certificate IV in General Insurance, fully funded by NTI, giving you a nationally recognised qualification and a strong foundation for your future, all while gaining real experience and creating long-term career opportunities in a growing industry.

What is involved?

- You’ll listen to understand our customer’s unique needs and manage claims through their broker to get our clients back on the road as quickly as possible after an accident

- You’ll be the main point of call for our customers on phone and email, their representatives and other teams in our business - you are the super glue that holds the claim together!

- Your job is to take the stress away by facilitating each part of the claims process on behalf of our customers and keeping them up to date as the claim progresses

- You’ll have a portfolio of claims that you will own end to end,



you’ll have the autonomy and ownership to deliver on your work
