We're looking for two experienced Restaurant Supervisors who are passionate about leading people, delivering memorable dining experiences and driving operational excellence.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you'll lead our front-of-house team through busy lunch and dinner services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth day-to-day operations. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll coach and develop your team, maintain high service standards and help drive the continued success of The Kitchen.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, motivating and supporting the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Supervising lunch and dinner service to ensure efficient, professional and seamless operations.

- Delivering exceptional customer experiences by creating a welcoming dining environment and professionally resolving customer enquiries and feedback.

- Coaching, training and developing team members to build capability and confidence.

- Conducting pre-service briefings and communicating daily priorities to the team.

- Managing service flow, staff allocations and break schedules to maximise operational efficiency.

- Working collaboratively with the Kitchen, Bar and Operations teams to deliver outstanding service.

- Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, cleanliness and restaurant operations

- Ensuring compliance with Food Safety, Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.

- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.

- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to remain calm, professional and make sound decisions under pressure.

- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to support the team wherever required.

- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and service standards.

- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificate is advantageous).

- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
