We're looking for a Customer & Operations Coordinator to join our team in a varied role combining customer support, sales support and operational coordination.

A role connecting customers, sales and operations

This is a role for someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and being involved across different areas of a business. You'll have your own desk within our office team and work alongside another Customer & Operations Coordinator, sharing responsibility for keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

You'll work closely with our warehouse throughout the day, helping coordinate priorities, support customers and the sales team, and ensure orders move efficiently from receipt through to dispatch.

The role follows a regular daily rhythm, with variety coming from the customers you help, the orders you coordinate and the operational priorities of each day.

A day in the role

Your morning begins by reviewing new orders and customer enquiries before joining your fellow Customer & Operations Coordinator and the warehouse team for our daily operations meeting. Together, you'll review the day's workload, discuss priorities and agree on the best plan to keep orders moving efficiently.

From there, you'll spend the day processing orders, supporting customers,



assisting the sales team and working closely with the warehouse as priorities change.

You'll be the connection point between customers, sales and the warehouse, helping resolve issues quickly, keeping priorities clear and ensuring work continues to flow smoothly.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing customer orders and maintaining accurate records within our ERP system.

- Supporting customers with product enquiries, availability, alternatives and ordering decisions.

- Managing the shared sales inbox, including incoming orders, enquiries, returns and warranty claims.

- Answering incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service.

- Supporting our sales team with catalogues, price lists, product information and customer follow-up.

- Participating in our daily operations meeting and working closely with the warehouse team to coordinate priorities throughout the day.

- Assisting with stocktakes, inventory management and occasional warehouse support, including checking or picking urgent orders when required.

- Is highly organised, proactive and able to manage changing priorities throughout the day.

- Has a customer-first mindset and genuinely enjoys helping people.

- Works collaboratively and enjoys being involved across different areas of a business.





- Learns new systems and processes quickly.

- Enjoys a varied work environment and working across both office and warehouse areas throughout the day.

Experience in wholesale distribution, customer service, internal sales, retail or operations support would be highly regarded.

An interest in music, musical knowledge or the ability to play an instrument (such as guitar, violin, piano or similar) would be highly regarded and will help you confidently support our music retail customers.
