To be successful you must have the following
- Previous experience managing multi-residential or apartment projects
- Experience delivering projects in the $10M $15M+ range
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology, programming and site management
- Ability to coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
- Strong understanding of WHS and quality requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of the site
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality projects
