About the role

360 Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and reliable General Labourers and Forklift Operators to join our team on a fulltime/casual basis for the AM shift. This position is based in Pinkenba and offers an excellent prospect to work in the fast-paced warehousing, storage and distribution sector. You will be a key part of our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods and maintaining high standards of health and safety across our facility.

Key responsibilities

- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, stack and store goods within the warehouse

- Perform general labouring duties including loading, unloading and sorting inventory

- Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched

- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly

- Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures at all times

- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets and deadlines

- Ensure the warehouse remains organised, clean and safe

- Follow company policies and procedures regarding storage and handling of materials

What we're looking for

- Valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one

- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution centre or similar environment (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills





- Ability to work safely and follow health and safety procedures without compromise

- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexibly in a casual capacity

- Current Australian work rights and relevant identification
