We are seeking an experienced
Technical Lead
with an
NV2 Security Clearance
to lead the technical design and delivery of complex ICT projects supporting Federal Government clients.
This contract role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who can bridge solution architecture and delivery, providing technical direction while ensuring high-quality implementation across project workstreams.
Canberra-based candidates are preferred
to support collaboration with delivery teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain end-to-end solution architecture aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.
Produce and govern high-level and detailed solution designs.
Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise platforms, technologies, and architectural roadmaps.
Lead technical delivery teams and coordinate implementation activities.
Translate solution designs into practical, implementable technical solutions.
Conduct code, configuration,
and design reviews to ensure quality and consistency.
Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and issues throughout delivery.
Support architecture governance, design reviews, and technical decision-making.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, and stakeholders within an Agile delivery workplace.
About You
NV2 Security Clearance (essential).
Proven experience as a Technical Lead on large-scale ICT or Government programs.
Robust background in solution architecture, technical design, and systems integration.
Experience leading technical teams through the full project lifecycle.
Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and communication skills.
