About the Role
As part of our team, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Assisting customers with retail and over-the-counter products.
- Merchandising, stock replenishment and maintaining store presentation.
- Operating the registers and processing sales.
- Supporting pharmacists and the dispensary team.
- For the Supervisor role: leading the front-of-shop team,
supervising daily operations and motivating team members to achieve excellent results.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous pharmacy experience (preferred), or retail leadership/management experience.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is reliable, organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace.
- Can work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Availability
Applicants must be available to work weekdays and weekends. Flexibility to cover additional shifts is highly regarded.
