Visy is seeking a hands-on operations leader to drive end-to-end manufacturing performance at our Victoria Specialties site, reporting to the State Manager.

You will balance people leadership with commercial discipline, overseeing safety, quality and cost while leading continuous improvement with internal teams and customers in a fast-paced setting.

This role requires proven leadership in manufacturing, IR/ER exposure, and a proactive approach to productivity and service outcomes.
