Senior Project Manager - VOIP Radio Replacement

Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of VOIP VHF radio capability across a geographically dispersed environment. You will coordinate with engineering teams, technical leads, and third-party providers to replace legacy radio systems and ensure the smooth integration, testing, and deployment of high-availability VOIP services within a regulated environment.

Requirements:

- Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering end-to-end VOIP radio services in a critical infrastructure or regulated environment
- Strong background in technical integration, testing, and rollout of radio systems
- Familiarity with emerging communications technologies (e.g., LEO, LTE)




- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage complex projects across multiple locations and teams
- High attention to detail, robust organisational skills, and a proactive mindset
- Experience working within structured governance frameworks and stage-gate processes
- Must be Australian citizen capable of obtaining a security clearance
- High-impact role in a nationally critical federal government program
- Work with cutting-edge VOIP and radio technologies
- Top of the market contracting rate
- Secure, ongoing contract - Garunteed work for 3-5 years
