We're seeking an ambitious, customer-focused Audiologist or Audiometrist to join Taylors Lakes and Keilor Downs on a 12-month fixed-term contract commencing November 2026.
What's on Offer?
- $100,000 - $105,000 + super
- Clinical Benchmark Bonus
- Experience leading two successful audiology businesses
- Exposure to business operations, leadership and commercial decision-making
- Ongoing support from the Audiology Retail Team and Support Office
- A pathway to future Specsavers Partnership opportunities
- Qualified Audiologist or Audiometrist with a current QP number
- Member of AudA, HASA or ACAud
- Minimum 2 years' post-QP experience
- Strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for clinical excellence and customer care
- Interested in developing business and leadership capabilities
