About the Role
We are seeking an organised, motivated and customer-focused Client Services Officer – Scheduler to join our Operations Team based in Nerang.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules for Community Support Workers.
- Manage schedule changes, cancellations and service requests.
- Respond to client, family and staff enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Match clients with suitable support workers while considering continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate client records using AlayaCare.
- Assist with client administration and service coordination.
- Work collaboratively with the Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team workplace.
About You
- Previous scheduling,
rostering or administration experience (aged care or community services experience will be highly regarded but not essential).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A positive, flexible and team-focused approach.
