Allied Health Assistant (AHA) – Sprout Speech Therapy

Locations: Eastern Suburbs (Randwick/Bondi) & Bankstown

Sprout Speech Therapy is seeking a warm, organised Allied Health Assistant to support our paediatric clients across the Eastern Suburbs and Bankstown.

About the role

- Provide play‑based practice and repetition of therapy goals
- Deliver 1:1 sessions under supervision of our Speech Pathologist
- Follow structured plans, activities, and data‑collection systems
- Support families with home practice and generalisation
- Flexible schedule across both locations

Qualifications & Requirements

- AHA Certificate III/IV or progress in a relevant degree (Speech Pathology, OT, Education, Psychology)
- Experience working with children or in disability/NDIS settings




- Strong communication and rapport‑building skills
- Reliable, organised, and confident working independently with clear guidance
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Driver’s licence and access to a car (preferred but not essential)
