Business Analyst (ICT)

Location: Pakenham, VIC (In office)

Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time (38–40 hours/week)

About the Role

Elevate Support Care is seeking a skilled Business Analyst (ICT) to bridge the gap between our operational needs and our software platforms. In this role, you will analyze our business processes, optimize workflows, and translate them into reliable, integrated ICT systems that support compliant and efficient service delivery across our NDIS operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirements & Process Mapping: Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements; map current and future-state workflows.

- Systems & Integration: Specify configuration requirements for a modern tech stack (Zoho CRM, ShiftCare, Xero, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and GoHighLevel) ensuring accurate data flow.

- Reporting & Power BI: Design, build,



and maintain management dashboards to translate operational and compliance data into actionable insights.

- Testing & Documentation: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and create user documentation to support staff adoption.

- AI & Solution Evaluation: Evaluate system options and assess the practical benefits and risks of AI-assisted features and workflows within our existing platforms.

What We Are Looking For

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Business IT, or a related ICT discipline.

- Proven experience as an ICT Business Analyst (requirements, process mapping, functional specifications, and UAT).

- Hands‑on experience configuring/integrating CRM, rostering, and accounting systems, alongside Power BI reporting.

- Superb stakeholder communication, documentation, and analytical skills.

- An understanding of the NDIS or disability services operating and compliance environment is highly desirable.
