The Opportunity

We are currently seeking Melbourne-based professionals for office-based roles within established, high-calibre architectural and interior design studios. We offer both full-time and contract opportunities and are open to discussing preferred working arrangements.

About the Role

This role offers a unique combination of collaboration and leadership. You will work directly within leading practices as a valued team member, while also stepping into positions of responsibility on significant projects.

You will:

- Collaborate closely with top-tier architectural and interior design studios
- Take ownership of project packages, leading documentation and delivery phases
- Contribute to - and often lead - projects across a range of sectors




- Act as a key interface between design teams, consultants, and stakeholders
- Build exposure to diverse studio environments while strengthening your portfolio

You will have a minimum of 9 years' experience, with strong capabilities in design, documentation, and project delivery, as well as a confident understanding of local construction practices.

About You

You are not only technically strong in documentation, but also confident taking initiative and leading project outcomes. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable stepping into established teams and adding value from day one.

Ideally, you will have:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and significant industry experience
- ARBV registration preferred, though not essential
- Experience across a range of project types, with multi-residential and data centre projects highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to lead project packages or full delivery phases
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, particularly in documentation and detailing
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to interpret consultant documentation
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes and standards
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with clear leadership capability
- Strong communication skills and professional confidence
- Ambition to take the next meaningful step in your career
