Experienced Medical Receptionist (Casual)

Bull Creek Podiatry is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

This role is primarily for Fridays, with additional shifts available to cover annual leave and other absences. There is also the potential for the role to develop into a permanent part‑time position.

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while helping ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the clinic. Working closely with our podiatrists and existing receptionist, you'll enjoy a varied role in a friendly, supportive practice.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and professional manner.
- Answering email and phone calls and assisting with patient enquiries.
- Booking and managing appointments using our practice management software (PracSuite experience is desirable but not essential).




- Processing patient payments and maintaining accurate patient records.
- Providing general reception and administrative support to the podiatrists.
- Cleaning, preparing and sterilising podiatry instruments.
- Preparing treatment rooms for patient appointments.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional clinic setting.
- Working collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team.
